General Return Guidlines

Please contact Funeral Source One to make arrangement for all returns. Products must be returned in good, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Damaged products must be reported within 3 business days from the date of delivery. All customized items ARE NOT RETURNABLE, i.e: engrasved urns, and embroidered cot covers.

Product Return Policy

For all items, a return authorization # and Call-Tag will be issued if any items is DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, or was shipped in error. We will exchange the product or issue an account credit (your choice) when returned within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days all merchandise will incur a restocking fee (depending on vendor if applicable).
